Ladybird Pre-School Nursery is a well-established, committee run nursery based in Sheringham in North Norfolk.
We deliver excellent learning opportunities and experiences to all the children who pass through our doors, through either planned activities, daily routines and / or spontaneous play.
The environment is inviting, caring, stimulating, friendly and supportive to all individual requirements.
Learning Through Play – Our Philosophy
Children are like sponges; they draw information in from all around them. Children deepen their understanding by playing, talking, observing, questioning, repeating, experimenting and responding to adults or each other.
Our Aim
Whilst your child is at Ladybird they will develop confidence, social and concentration skills, which will enable them to go from strength to strength both at home and throughout their schooling.
Children develop confidence and self esteem because the staff at Ladybird treat them
with respect. Every child is given regular praise and encouragement whilst also promoting their independence skills.

The Nursery is registered with and inspected by Ofsted. In 2009 it was rated ‘good’ on all aspects and ‘outstanding’ on how it "meets the needs of children in the early Years Foundation Stage" and "Working with Parents".
